Samawesh - Women Entrepreneurship Program

Technology Innovation Foundation of IIT Palakkad (TECHIN) and Global Sanitation Center of Excellence (GSCOE) of IIT Palakkad have launched an online pitch event for women entrepreneurs. Applications are invited from women entrepreneurs with innovative ideas in the fields of water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH). This event aims to foster women-supportive ecosystems, providing new opportunities for women in income-generating roles and community leadership positions through innovative WASH technological solutions. The pitch event seeks innovative WASH solutions that are at Technology Readiness Level (TRL)-5 and above. Selected women entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to receive a grant of up to 20 lakh rupees
